Product warranty terms

All products of Exmieain Company and its accessories only include warranty and after-sales service if the following items are observed. If the consumer does not comply with the following items, the company will not be held responsible:
 

    Connect any AC voltage to the device
    Installation in a place where water and high humidity can penetrate
    Installation within 50 meters of high voltage power lines
    Any changes in wiring
    Install any unconventional consumers to the output ports
    Connecting consumers with current consumption above 10 amps
    Use the device battery as a source for other external components
    Insert any additional device into the control panel
    No lightning arrester installed in the activity area
    SIM card replacement under any circumstances and without coordination with the company
    Connecting or disconnecting consumers while the device is operating
    Any manipulation by the buyer
    Installation by non-experts
    Open the control circuit door under any circumstances
    Use of any substandard and non-standard consumer
    Failure to observe the safety items mentioned in the use of the control panel
    Apply any external impact and pressure
    Natural disasters include floods, earthquakes, lightning, fires that damage the device
