Policy, strategy and goals



The HSE policy of the Exmieain Group for various activities has been approved by senior management and communicated to staff. The following items have been considered in compiling this policy:
 

    Commitment to continuous improvement of HSE management system
    Compliance with other current policies in the group
    Commitment to comply with legal requirements and the requirements of the principles governing the regulations
    Relation to the activities, products and services that can be provided by the group as well as their impact on HSE
    Commitment of the company to reduce the risks and potential harmful factors of health, safety and environment resulting from activities, products or services to a minimum

     

The objectives set out in the policy are a framework for setting and reviewing HSE micro-objectives. The HSE policy includes a commitment to:
 

    Establishing executive methods and creating a culture of paying attention to HSE and trying to create a work environment with minimal accidents, diseases and environmental damage
    Providing facilities, safe and sound equipment and maintaining them in safe conditions
    Explicitly articulate problems and issues as well as promote participation in HSE topics
    Develop training courses to increase the ability of employees to work safely and maintain their health and provide the necessary conditions for training courses as well as raising staff awareness by referring to the general HSE regulations
